2019 NMRA NATIONAL TRAIN SHOW Mark Your Calendars NOW!

The National NMRA train show will be in Salt Lake City in 2019 and the club is planning on attending. Its an opportunity for us to share our layout at a national level and show we are the best looking modular group in the region.

The 2019 National Train Show is held in conjunction with the national convention of the NMRA in Salt Lake City, UT. It will be held in the South-Towne Expo Center in Sandy, UT.

The show is a three day show and will open Friday, July 12th, running through Sunday, July 14th for guests, convention, attendees, and the public. Because this is a large effort we are starting the planning now in 2018, a full 19 months out to ensure everything we do is geared towards getting the layout and the members are prepared to participate in the show.

I've asked for three regular members to join a planning committee with the Board of Directors that will meet several times this year to work through logistic and costs so we can commit to the NMRA show in SLC by June 2018. On the revamped club website I'll be creating an informational web page with all the latest planning details that will be updated as we approach the show date.
